Magnetic Expressions is a family business, and we live and work in the beautiful city of Phoenix, Arizona.

 

HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH?

We love hearing from our customers! If you have any questions, special requests, or need assistance with your order, please use our contact us form. We are here to help and make sure your experience is nothing short of wonderful!

 

HOW FAST IS SHIPPING?

Most orders are ready to be shipped via USPS or UPS within 3-7 business days. It can take longer during the holiday season or if the number of orders is larger than normal. If needed by a certain date or need expedited shipping, please email us at magneticexpression35@gmail.com . We are happy to work with you!

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number.

o   It takes 2-5 business days for continental US destinations and up to 7 business days for Alaska and Hawaii.

o   If you order multiple sets, you may receive it in multiple packages. All tracking numbers will be provided.

o   If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been sent, we will be able to update it.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We’re currently in the process of setting up international shipping. Stay tuned for updates, and we will soon be able to deliver our custom photo magnets around the world!

 

WHAT IS YOU REFUND POLICY?

 Because our magnets are made to order, we do not accept refunds, UNLESS you are not completely satisfied with your order. Please reach out to us of you are not satisfied for any reason, and we will make it right.

 

 

CAN I USE COPYRIGHTED IMAGES FOR MY CUSTOM MAGNETS?

No, we can only print images that you own or have permission to use. This means no copyrighted characters, logos, or professional photos unless you have the rights.

 

WHAT IF MY MAGNETS ARE DAMAGED?

Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
